1/ Some computers––(including by loose analogy our own minds + metacognition)––cant compute beyond constraints of the system or layer they were intended to compute w/o glitching.

2/ As it relates to that RECURSIVE hole of thinking about thinking about thinking––there is VERY interesting science on pros + cons of self-reflection.

I believe meditation works in reducing anxiety etc NOT b/c it pulls you deeper into yourself but b/c it pulls you up––SHALLOWER
