What if the @SenateGOP passed a rule they could murder little children in day care centers and them eat them on the floor of the Senate? Would the Constitutional Rule clause permit that? Time we took back our Senate from the Russian traitors. @SenateGOP @SenateDems @senatemajldr
My apologies to anyone who is offended by my Socratic method. But I like to get to the point early in the process.
Let's assume that everything the members say on the grounds of the Congress is covered by their speech and debate immunity, when they go on Fox News or the @WhiteHouse to advance the enemy attack that is not protected. @SenateGOP @HouseGOP can be sued & charged for their treason.

1. It just occurred to me that I've been expecting Mueller to charge @BuzzFeed and the reporters who published the SARs that were stolen by Natale Sour Edwards the @USTreasury FINCEN employee represented by Ben Brahman. Case is in final plea phase by my best guess. @FBIWFO
2. I got a SAR in discovery in a RICO case. It was the lender's mistake. I had to give it back. When I researched it saw serious liability for not giving. A very dangerous piece of paper. And @BuzzFeedNews had bunch of them. Not inadvertent. Stolen.
3. It's possible that Mueller is just making it clear that OSC is not talking to a target. And you may have seen my reporting that June 2016 was Trump Rubles time. That's what was what was in one of the SARS. And @BuzzFeed tipped the enemy they'd been spotted. Good luck. 😬

1. @senatemajldr McConnell is running in 2020 and it's possible he fears @realDonaldTrump getting angry and then getting even via a primary candidate challenge but the reality of this strategy is so counter @POTUS' interests that it shocks me. He's self impeaching. Amazing.
2. McConnell could easily take Trump off the #Shutdown hook by allowing a vote and then even if Trump vetoes, it's likely to be overturned. Today the House voted 85% on a measure. But McConnell must not trust Trump to cover him with the @foxandfriends trolls and believes it's
3. better for Mitch to just let Trump implode his presidency via self immolation. The polls are starting to plummet. Giuliani's recent bizarre performance says to me he knows they're about to round up the campaign conspiracy. Probably Trump's family. And it may be a state case.

1. On Cohen, I raised an alarm Trump - Russia poll rigging. I think the current #MAGA bot net that @twitter @TwitterSupport turns a blind eye to is a device to hold Trump polls that should fall through the floor. @FBISanFrancisco should bring down the bots that violate FARA.
2. Here are some of my posts on poll hacks. In Sept 2017 I saw things like the comical "Mother of all Rallies" and I could not square these actual demonstrations of Trump core support with the reported poll data.
3. In June 2018 I reported again what I believed was an easy hack of using RoboCalls to suppress poll participation by liberal leaning voters.
