I entered to Canada twice with my sister two years ago.The first time was the legal way from the border, but because of the third agreement between Canada and the US that if we do not have any relatives inside Canada,we can not enter It. #Nada_Ali

Then Canada brought us back to the US. Next day we entered from an illegal way to Canada providing asylum.
It is when some pictures of us are spread in public.

A few days later, CBSA gave us a refugee protection paper, and we signed the deportation decision with other paper,
CBSA told us we have to apply for pre removal risk assessment.

Then we went to Ottawa to start the application with the lawyer but our Refugee Climate was pulled out by CBSA in Ottawa because we are not refugees and the paper was issued to us by mistake.

Less than a month later, the decision not to deport the Yemenis to Yemen has emerged as a result of which we are no longer able to submit the PRRA( pre removal risk assessment ) because of the banned.
We received a refugee paper after a full year of withdrawing from us.

Now we are waiting for an immigration decision in our H & C humanitarian case for a period of about 30 months.
