OK, we're on #SCOTUS watch now, waiting to see what, if any, new cases the justices agreed, at today's conference, to hear. These are almost certainly the last grants to be heard this term — unless the court grants an expedited briefing schedule or schedules late arguments.
One case likely to be in that follow-up group would be the Census citizenship question case, assuming DOJ seeks cert before judgment in the near future.
Besides the removal of the Census case from the argument calendar — — there was no news from #SCOTUS today, a move that likely means DACA, the trans ban, the Title VII LGBT cases, the Indiana abortion case won't be heard this term even if they are granted.
