Trump tells Pelosi in new letter that he still plans on coming to the Capitol next Tuesday to deliver his State of the Union: “on time, on schedule, and very importantly, on location!” 
Trump cannot enter the House chamber on Tuesday night unless lawmakers approve a joint resolution ahead of time allowing him to do so.
