This is in Louisville, Kentucky. This is my friend’s son. Let’s be clear he was also teased and called the n-word. This is what happens when you allow bullying and racism to run rampant and provide PR for it instead of address it.

When I go home this evening I have to find the strength to write an obituary for a 10 year old boy so miss me with your “both sides.”
Tami is the nicest person. As life would have it, I saw her in the grocery store that day and she paid for all my groceries. She was just determined to do something nice for me. It was my daughter’s birthday.
We had no idea how fast life would change in the blink of an eye. She and her husband are being strong and her focus is fighting for other children so hopefully this will not happen again. #SevenStrong
Life changed in a span of making a Facebook post. So when people are doing all this bullying and being racist, please stop. You don’t know how this is affecting people. This should be a wake up call for some of this behavior. 
Thank you all so much for the messages. I know they will bless Tami. Seven was a HUGE superhero fan and just a few months ago was at SuperCon. His favorite superhero was Spider-Man. When he was asked what he wanted to be when he grew up he said, “A superhero.” #SevenStrong
