It’s all about making it impossible to earn a living, say what you see, share an opinion or challenge slogans.
The reason I fight blacklisting tooth & nail is that in ‘53 it came for my family. And I swore that I wouldn’t cower if it ever came back again. The NYT should kill it.

So @nytimes, stop holding sparring matches between the pro & anti-blacklist contigents. It’s a sickness. If you are “The Paper of Record”, if journalism means anything to you at all, turn your back on narrative driven journalism & come out with a “No More Blacklisting” editorial.
Eating your own is not a business model. Eventually you at @nytimes will either take the advice or you will eat yourselves. No one good wants to empower a platform like yours servicing narratives with facts and eating every smart iconoclast who gets in the way of your story arcs.
