Based on personal knowledge, I would contend that the substance of the agreement was not breached.

But without info re: other statements publicly made prior to 2008 about the 'rumours' from sources like you that may have influenced Individual A's decision... should be allowed

as it's not the isolated incident that Hastert was trying to silence, but a pattern of behaviour, which, I believe, can clearly be illustrated by looking at one photo of Individual A and some classmates.

And he shouldn't escape those consequences.

Some of the above is already in the hands of Law Enforcement, and is relevant to why the GOP is being sycophantically compliant with Trump and Russia... but it seems it's not coming out soon enough to help one of Hastert's victims get his justice.

FWIW, I grew up 3 doors down from Hastert, and ran comms for the 2006 IL-14 candidate. I do know people close to the family, I have not been told anything by Individual A or his representatives.

I'm not involved in the court case, just in ensuring justice.
