Anyone notice that the Huawei indictment is a SUPERSEDING indictment? The case number indicates that the original case was filed in 2018. justice.gov/opa/press-rele… 
This case is still under seal on PACER, but we can get a good guess as to when it was filed. Case 18-cr-456, immediately preceding the Huawei case, was filed on August 21, 2018
Here's another factoid for you. Remember the Mystery Case re a grand jury subpoena to a foreign state-owned corp? That was originally filed on August 16, 2018- about a week before the Huawei indictment. Is it possible the Mystery Case is related to Huawei? politico.com/magazine/story…
According to CNN, Canadian authorities arrested Meng Wanzhou in response to an August 22, 2018 arrest warrant from EDNY. It looks like Meng will stand trial. #ButNothingsHappening cnn.com/2018/12/07/tec…
Two days ago, ABC News reported the basics of this case. "The U.S. wants [Meng] extradited to face charges that she committed fraud by misleading banks about Huawei's business dealings in Iran". ABC says the US has until Wednesday to file for extradition. abcnews.go.com/amp/Internatio…
