MYSTERY CASE

Two notable items in today's SCOTUS filing (I'm still reading)

1. SCOTUS seems to make no distinction between "Corporation A" and "Country A". In fact "Corporation A" is not even mentioned.

2. The state-owned corporation is 100% state-owned. RBS is not our corp
The U.S. Government has some sort of time constraint on its investigation.
Great "implications for American foreign policy and international diplomacy"?
Let me clarify point #1 -- this is a filing from the petitioner. It is from "Country A". It is "Country A" that makes no distinction between itself and its 100% owned state entity -- not the SCOTUS.
