They say they are still reviewing footage and looking for more so we will see but as a native Chicagoan I'm very skeptical for a few reasons
The area in question is "the clock"
This area has tons of cameras and private security, its across the street from NBC Tower.

this area is also a ghost town at night.
I used to hang out around there at 2am because "the clock" is a very famous skatespot

Its possible someone was stalking him for sure
But as time goes on the police make me doubt his story.
Again, Im not saying it didnt happen but we need to wait to see if any evidence emerges
