Its a tough issue for me because I've lived in Chicago and witnessed the aftermath of extreme gun violence but I've also lived in a rural area where there were basically no police
Its urban vs rural and there are different needs for different communities.
We have to recognize that not everyone lives in the same circumstance and also that the nature of weapons change.
