So Pavel Fuks used Yuri Vanetik to purchase inauguration tickets. It is illegal for foreigners to donate to the inauguration. Vanetik is a Rohrabacher pal, major GOP donor and was on the board of the largest Trump PAC in 2016.
Vanetik met with Paul Manafort literally hours before Manafort first lied to the DOJ about his work in Ukraine:
Vanetik also registered as a foreign agent in Oct 2017 for a Ukrainian politician/political party.
So we now know: A major donor/board member to Trump's largest PAC in 2016 was funneling foreign money to the inauguration - and not just any foreign money - money from a Ukrainian/Russian oligarch who tried to build Trump Tower Moscow in the mid 2000s.

NEW: Judge rules that Manafort lied to Mueller on three of the five instances - including the most important one - interactions with Konstantin Kilimnik.
This means that Manafort has breached his plea agreement and is subject to the full penalty of the law.
Judge rulings:

Manafort lied about:
-his interactions with Kilimnik in 2016 and 2017
-the "other DOJ investigation"
-the $125k Super PAC payment
Mueller failed to prove:
-Manafort lied about Kilmnik's role in obstruction.
-Manafort lied about his contacts with Trump admin
