THREAD: A few thoughts on this recent article by @EpochTimes theepochtimes.com/senior-fbi-law… First, the problem with running with undisclosed information is we don't know if it is accurate and/or if there are omissions, which is one reason for Congress to release as much as possible 1/
2/ as soon as possible. The longer this drags on the more damage it does to FBI/DOJ/ and our country because the FISA process (in my view) is necessary to protect our national security interests BUT the abuse for political reasons cannot go unanswered. But for those who are
3/ inclined to oppose FISA entirely, the facts here should cause great outrage. And anyone dedicated to our constitutional protections should be horrified that FISA was abused as it was for Page. Orange Man Bad is not a reason to ignore the abuse. Further, Anderson's testimony
4/ if true, suggests that the Deputy Attorney General (Yates and then Rosenstein) would have reviewed line by line, but Rosenstein said that was not true. We don't know Yates' involved and oversight BUT Yates signed off before Anderson. Yates oversaw Ohr. Yates needs to 
5/5 answer some questions and Rosenstein needs to respond to Anderson's assertion that Deputy AG reviewed line by line. What IS the protocol for reviewing FISA applications? END
