Do not be confused. Non profits are unrehabilatatively trash. They are here to take the wind out of the sails of the class movement. They serve to funnel people into toothless forms of politics. And many ngos actively sabotage working class rebellion when it arises.
They are an extension of the state. Regardless of whatever is in their "mission statement," they are here to manage the conditions of capitalism, not transcend them. Their existence is structurally embedded in capitalism.
They are here to contain the intuitive necessity of liberation movements among poc and appoint themselves as the "representative," to better do so. They function as a union bureaucracy except on a racial basis.
