Rumor has it that AMI may have blackmailed Bezos to stave WaPo’s coverage of MBS’s ordered murder of Jamal Khashoggi, rather than to protect Trump.

I’d argue that Trump’s, MBS’s & Putin’s interests are intertwined. To further one is to further all, against American interests.
Feds are determining whether AMI violated an immunity deal by blackmailing Bezos. Ronan Farrow has also come forward with a claim of attempted blackmail.

AMI avoided prosecution by cooperating with an investigation into the bribery of Trump’s mistresses.

Is it a surprise that a publication with such a pro-Trump conservative lean is also selling favorable coverage to murdering dictators like MBS?

Just like the GOP.

Trumps was given a 120 day deadline to determine Khashoggi’s murderers by a bi-partisan group of Senators just passed. The deadline was to determine who must be sanctioned under the Magnitsky Act.

President Trump is ignoring the law.

Matthew Whitaker’s testimony before Congress was inconsistent, evasive, and belligerent.

He stated that he hadn’t meddled in the Mueller investigation, & has not briefed Trump or anyone in the WH on it.

If he lied, as multiple leaks indicate, it’s perjury before Congress.
Chairman Nadler informed Whitaker that he will be compelled to provide sworn testimony in the coming days during which he must answer the questions he evaded, declare exec privilege (which the Trump admin hasn’t declared yet) or face subpoena.

In 2017, Whitaker interviewed with Don McGahn to become Trump’s top Russia probe lawyer. He claims the subject of the probe never came up. 🤔 That strains credibility.

No answer for why he ignored advice of DOJ ethics lawyers that he should recuse.

In the first 15 mins, Whitaker evades, tries to shut the chairman down for going over his 5 mins, and makes an ass of himself.

Nadler makes it clear that a subpoena is forthcoming, gives Whitaker a few days to get his shit together.

Trump’s SOTU will focus on “unlocking America’s promise” through unity. Fresh from forcing a record Gov shutdown over a vanity wall, he doesn’t get to lecture us on unity.

To unlock America’s promise, he should cancel the trade war that is killing US farmers & manufacturers.
Last week, Trump’s own Intel chiefs contradicted every foreign policy assertion Trump has made.

Trump is expected to declare a national emergency at the border to fund his wall through defense spending. The chiefs made it clear: THERE IS NO EMERGENCY.

Trump’s leaked schedules for the past 3 months show Trump spends a majority of his time watching TV, “executive time.”

His staff is incompetent, cabinet full of acting secs who haven’t bothered to staff their depts.

1/ Kushner & Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) have "forged a bond" the last two years. They are both about the same age, both ambitious, both the hidden powers behind their respective thrones, both men of wealth & taste. Born on third base and think they hit a triple, as the joke goes.
2/ In Riyadh last October, on Kushner's sudden unannounced trip, the two stayed up until four in the morning, “swapping stories and planning strategy."

One of the “stories” swapped, apparently, was classified information compiled from the President’s Daily Brief.

Prince Dopey is behind the entrapment and murder of Jamal Khashoggi.

Why Crown Prince Bin Salman ever let Prince Dopey and his faction walk at the height of the coup which put him (Bin Salman) in power is baffling.

Think about all attacks past 18 months Dopey’s been tied to.
This whole thing is a calculated, well thought out, well executed set-up. The end goal is to force @realDonaldTrump to denounce Crown Prince Bin Salman (a reformist), which opens the door for Dopey and his faction to depose Bin Salman and regain power for old guard.
If this were to happen, Saudi Arabia would fall back into the hands of the old guard which carried out 9/11 with Mossad, MI6 and U.S. intel operatives aligned to HW/Cheney old guard (their “inner circle”).
