@SethAbramson In case people don't know why I asked this question, it is related to something in a document dump, with the relevant part here. This doesn't seem to be getting much media play. If it were about Obama and Assad, would it have gotten a lot of play?

@SethAbramson 3/ ... would show the video to Putin, and this would get the project approved. So, circumstantial evidence (which often gets people convicted) of a quid pro quo between a person running for U.S. President and a foreign power.
