Has to be considered inciting terrorism at this point.
Just as a reminder that if the president ever orders his followers to kill people, a whole lot of them will certainly obey.

Meanwhile we’re scolded for not doing more to see things their way.
Problem with talking about “both sides” is, there aren’t two sides, there are a lot, all figuring out how to honor each other’s basic humanity.

We’re taught to call all that one of the two “sides.”

Then the other “side” are those who’d harm all the rest out of greed or hate.
I’m not treating a coalition of wealth hording greedheads and rape bros and white supremacists and religious death-cultists as one “side.”

I’m not elevating them to the same level as all of the rest of us who are actually trying to learn how to live peacefully and respectfully.
WE are the “sides,” and there are a lot of us and we ALREADY listen to each other.

I’d say they can go to hell, but they’re already there. They created it.

I won’t live there. That’s me.
Just wild that there’s one “side” that incorporates many religions (and atheists) and sexual orientation and gender identities and cultural backgrounds and ethnicities and Hillary centrists and Bernie socialists.

Even wilder that’s apparently the side that’s in a “bubble.” 🤔
Meanwhile it’s the “side” that’s hording guns and gold and misinformation—and building a literal wall between themselves and a feared other—all to try to keep their grip on their unjust cultural dominance, that’s “real America.”

Cool.
Hey let’s say white supremacists are dangerous, just for the purpose of argument.

Just playing devils advocate. Consider the outlandish proposition.

That white supremacists are dangerous.
Congregationalists at Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh might be able to imagine that white supremacists are dangerous.

And I doubt they find that irrelevant.

And they too are citizens.
I daresay parishioners at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church can believe that white supremacists are dangerous.

And I doubt they find that irrelevant.

And they too are citizens.
I suppose Heather Heyer’s family believe that white supremacists are dangerous.

And I doubt they find that irrelevant.

And they too are citizens.
What this man is saying is, “white supremacists are not dangerous to *us*, we white people, who are, like the white supremacists, the only citizens who matter.”
