In general, the Mueller team has redacted the names of uncharged individuals. But Congressman Rohrabacher's name appears in headings on 7 separate pages of the proposed Manafort trial exhibits in Attachment G. Some examples:
I think this is probably just a miss, fwiw. @emptywheel found it first.
Some other congressional names, Durbin (13 pages) and Inhofe (5 pages), are found throughout the exhibits as well; usually these are used to identify a legislative document (e.g. the "Inhofe Amendment") that Manafort was lobbying for.
More congresspeople mentioned in connections with resolutions/amendments: Engel, Smith, Kaptur, Menendez

And here's another redaction miss, an unlucky Menendez staffer.
