Manafort's 25 page sentencing memo is in. Nearly 850 pages with attachments.
From the main document, here's what those attachments are:
On first review, the SCO prosecutors have not used this sentencing memo to disclose either their theory of Manafort's role in 2016 or specifics relating to the election, e.g., the polling data shared w Kilimnik. We may yet find some hints, but it doesn't break much new ground.

One thing I found notable: Prosecutors point out in their conclusion that Manafort's sentences in EDVA (guidelines range 235 to 293 months) and in DC (210 to 262 mos) could run consecutively, and they preserve the right to argue for it. Over 46 years in prison still on the table.

I’ve been for abolishing the filibuster for a long long time. I think people need to recognize, though, that getting rid of it doesn’t just make major legislation easier to pass. It makes the passage of major legislation less important.
In the world we live in now, getting a big bill over all the high hurdles in Congress entrenches it firmly enough that it can largely survive a long rollout, a rocky start, and the opponents of the bill sweeping back into power—like the ACA has.
In a filibuster-free world, legislation will be more exposed to backlash. Repeal movements will have a lower threshold for success. The important thing will become less passing the bill but making sure it quickly becomes, and long remains, desired and beloved by voters.

John Yoo! Just cold doing friendly cable hits on CNN and not being asked about authorizing war crimes.
Yoo is still going around making jokes about his torture memos at Federalist Society meetings, and the illegal policy that he, Addington, Bybee, Rizzo, et al. built is still preventing us from trying the perpetrators of 9/11, so it's not a yesterday issue.
I request someone from CNN either acknowledge John Yoo should face tough questions about his conduct in govt when he appears on a news channel or, idk, tell me off and explain why the torture memos’ author should be presented as an everyday pundit.

Something other than silence.

In general, the Mueller team has redacted the names of uncharged individuals. But Congressman Rohrabacher's name appears in headings on 7 separate pages of the proposed Manafort trial exhibits in Attachment G. Some examples:
I think this is probably just a miss, fwiw. @emptywheel found it first.
Some other congressional names, Durbin (13 pages) and Inhofe (5 pages), are found throughout the exhibits as well; usually these are used to identify a legislative document (e.g. the "Inhofe Amendment") that Manafort was lobbying for.

How void of self-worth does someone need to be to arrest a person who perhaps trolls the public? Like does this officer think he is protecting his country? Same goes for those who stormed Stone and those who wrote EIGHT HUNDRED PAGES against Manafort. Sheesh.
Some people in Law Enforcement, no not most and not all, have literally no sense how comical/idiotic if not shockingly abusive they come across! I guess it is true in every part of society, but in LE they have the power to uproot/destroy your life for generations!
I mean please stop for a moment and think how STUPID or cruel you need to be to produce an EIGHT HUNDRED PAGE sentencing memo against a 70 year old accused of some white collar violations. I mean, is there no one in Mueller’s office who says “guys. What the HECK are we doing?”

SPCs #Manafort filing is heavily redacted as expected. What he said, about whom etc. Will post doc in full shortly.
To note, the filing starts with a declaration by FBI Special Agent Jeffrey Weiland who participated in a dozen proffer sessions with Manafort.
The information around what was discussed is redacted, clearly. But at the core here, SPC contends Gates told investigators Manafort told him in Jan '17 to go ahead and use "intermediaries" in order to help folks land a spot in the Trump admin.
