Article 35A and similar laws that apply in States other than Kashmir - Himachal, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland - should be abolished.

Sardar Patel was NOT the architect of Article 370, as is alleged by some velcro Historians. Patel was, in fact, hesitant, but coerced by Nehru, agreed grudgingly.

Am not for arresting Ms Mufti; she has a right to express herself, howsoever much hate-filled and incendiary her expression may be - and it certainly is.
That said, I am now, more than EVER, convinced that BOTH 35A and 370 must be abolished IMMEDIATELY.

Hyderabad could so easily have been what Kashmir is today - and fools would be writing column yards on its "Struggle" - but for one man, who incidentally was not even consulted on Article 370.
