2. When Mueller put entity defendants in the Internet Research Agency (NRA) case with individual Russian defendants, Yevgeniy Prigozhin hired DC firm to conduct discovery for Concord Mgmt trying to get at evidence that led to indictment. Humans must appear. But an entity can hire
3. an attorney. Mueller may be filing two cases for each conspiracy. One via indictment with all the individual defendants including a mix of Russians and US persons. That case will get discovery for the defendants who are arrested and arraigned. But no entities can use counsel.
4. A companion information for foreign entities can be filed & that will not give any rights to the entity to conduct a motions practice like Prigozhin did in the the NRA case but gives #Mueller the ability to seize assets and block bank transactions without showing his cards. 😎
