1. Mueller's team apparently filed a corrected copy of the Govt. Sentencing Memo (Docket No 525) to correct typos. I didn't bother to download it but did notice something interesting about the docket that I thought I'd mention. @maddow @lawrence @Mimirocah1 @BarbMcQuade
2. There are a lot of missing entries. If they are filed under seal. Here is an example from an earlier filing of how they are usually shown on the docket.
3.This is the first of two pages at the end of the Manafort-Gates docket today. Minute orders are generally listed by date with no corresponding docket number. So if you look at the first of two pages you see that Docket No. 12 and 13 are missing.
4. The next page of the recent docket is even stranger.
First, it goes from 514 on the previous page to 518. So it's missing 515, 516 and 517. It then shows 518 but 519, 520, 521, 522, 523 and 524 are all missing. They removed 525 that was the first USA Sentencing memo.
5. While I was docket watching for the Mueller Sentencing Memo, I spotted that Gates had filed something that I thought was supposed to be under seal and then the court took it down. Here is my Feb. 22 post that explains what happened to Docket No. 521.
6. But what about the other missing pages? It may be that the Court is being strict on not even giving a Docket title for sealed documents. That seems reasonable but I conclude that there are several sealed documents in the Gates #Manafort docket that nobody has mentioned. 😎
