Leaving aside the ultimate conclusion that Trudeau should dissolve Parliament (not my area of expertise - I express no opinion on this), I think this is a fair view of the JWR testimony and its implications:

And I go back to my first tweet on this - I was stunned when Trudeau spoke of JWR exit as if it was no big deal, and she then resigned from Cabinet. That struck me as a huge deal, and I think the government's handling of the story – with some deceptions and half-truths...
...along the way is almost as damning as the original problem that prompted it in the first place. How can we trust government's description of what happened if we can't trust their version of how they responded to what happened? JWR actions fit a much more believable narrative.
