This video of the what happens after the race is pretty hilarious. Sound on. (That is one gnarly foot, but it didn't keep him from winning the 5k the next day.)

The fact that any faculty members support the idea of a group of students reviewing a prof’s tenure is insane—they’re ceding a power reserved for department and faculty committees to a group of student activists.
