For those of you unfamiliar with Berwick, Bell Street is close to Town Hall and the Police Station just over the Somersworth border. Smoke permeating the surrounding neighborhood. @FostersDailyDem

Crews are moving the large group of onlookers and displaced residents across Goodwin Street for safety reasons. @FostersDailyDem
