Heavy flames, smoke coming out of this three-story apartment building at 10 Bell St. in Berwick, Maine. Firefighters were attempting to vent this portion of the collapsing roof until descending the ladder moments ago. @FostersDailyDem @smgphoto

For those of you unfamiliar with Berwick, Bell Street is close to Town Hall and the Police Station just over the Somersworth border. Smoke permeating the surrounding neighborhood. @FostersDailyDem
