@nbcsandiego These are people targeted for suspicion of aiding the caravans or those involved with aiding the caravans.
The part about warrantless searches of electronics at the border is baseless, as I understand it, for anywhere within 100 miles from the actual border. That was law at least 10+ years ago maybe longer.
