Okay, here's the situation. There may be a few tweets in this, so bear with me.

Obviously my wife and I have both given statements to the police. The investigation continues.

However, we need to be real about a few things here... /1

'Tommy' doing what he did constitutes harassment. If he was arrested, there would then be 5-10 days in court, and if found guilty, the penalty is a fine.

About the cost of a dinner in a decent restaurant.

I could possibly also get some sort of order keeping him away. /2

That's supposing he *is* arrested.

Bedfordshire Police need to make a judgement call.

Ideally, the law should be blind, but reality is, his arrest would have knock on effects.

They need to evaluate possible consequences against the likelihood of a successful conviction. /3

In the meantime, harassment and thrests continue to come from all angles.

All are being dealt with as appropriately as can be.

It does have an effect. /4

'Tommy' isn't winding things back. He's appeared on InfoWars and made a number of statements that I believe could cause increased threats and harassment.

This is in addition to the statements he's already made on video that I consider highly defamatory. /5

I can't afford to have his statements about me continue to adversely affect me and my family.

I also strongly believe that he needs to be held to account for his words against anyone.

It looks like a civil action will need to happen - and soon. /6

I'm at work soon, but I'll be talking to people today and trying to sketch out a path forward.

I've also got to make sure he doesn't affect my livelihood in the first instance.
