Man, I read this and the only thing that came to my mind was “so Paul Ogwuma still has money?”
In the past, you’d expect stolen wealth to be dissipated after a few years once the person was out of office. But it appears thieves are getting a lot smarter now
I remember a story back then. Abacha asked Ogwuma to print him N1bn. Ogwuma tried to explain that printing N1bn would cost close to N1bn due to paper, security etc. Abacha said “I said you should bring N1bn and you’re telling me to pay N1bn?” He could never understand it
