@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger Uuuuuh. Federal prosecutors have already said, in a court filing that's publicly available, that Michael Cohen committed felony crimes "in coordination with and at the direction of" Donald Trump
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger Listen, it's fine to say that IN SPITE OF A LOT OF EVIDENCE THAT TRUMP HAS COMMITTED MULTIPLE CRIMES OVER MULTIPLE DECADES, you believe he's innocent.

But to say there isn't a "shred of evidence" is like looking at a forest and saying "Where are the trees?"
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger In a report last month, we laid out eight violations of campaign finance laws Trump has likely committed based on publicly known facts and his own statements.

Seven of those offenses are felonies citizensforethics.org/press-release/…
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger One thing to highlight about the report is its detailing of Trump's knowledge of campaign finance laws, which is important in establishing criminal liability (i.e. that Trump "knowingly and willfully" violated the laws)
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger When prosecutors said that Cohen had made illegal campaign contributions "in coordination with and at the direction of" Trump, lawyers pointed out that to establish criminal liability prosecutors would need to show that Trump had some familiarity with campaign finance regulations
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger Not long after, this video surfaced of Trump in 1999 bragging that "Nobody knows more about campaign finance than I do."
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger While that's helpful, the report actually goes into great detail establishing Trump's deep understanding of campaign finance laws and regulations.
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger Not only was Trump a major political donor, who formed multiple presidential exploratory committees and who navigated federal and state campaign finance regulations, he also testified and submitted sworn affidavits to state and federal regulators demonstrating his knowledge
@realDonaldTrump @GrahamLedger And in 2012, Trump did another TV interview in which he discussed John Edward's trial and showed that he'd been discussing the law with "a lot of very good lawyers" video.foxnews.com/v/160383164200…
