We FOIAed GSA for documents pertaining to the abrupt reversal of a previous decision to move the FBI's office to suburban Maryland--a move that would open its current location to competition with Trump's DC hotel.

The GSA failed to adequately reply, so we sued, and today we won.
In a nutshell, the judge disagreed with the GSA's argument that a particular document @CREWcrew requested was deliberative, which would make it exempt from FOIA disclosure.
And since GSA didn't point to any other FOIA exemptions that would permit redactions, he ruled that GSA must "produce an unredacted version of the document," revealing information about appraised values for the FBI building and the value of offers it received for the property
