ok one of the things at office jobs that's just miserable is when you have an email thread that started out a simple request, but revealed a really big problem, so now you have a contact allergy to a subject line like "Re: Maria can't call Jiffy Lube"

There's no way we can accept June 23rd. We already pulled most of your services, if we hadn't already trenched and buried cable we wouldn't even be proceeding. I need this pulled in no matter what, we won't have access to the building after the 20th
