It's the saddest thing to see people self-sabotage. They're close to what they want but they'll push and push with one dysfunctional response after another until that thing becomes exactly like their programming tells them it will be. #MyRISEStory
I have been here. I understand it instinctively and I can spot it easily in people I am working and relating with.

Help is not hard. It is knowing and identifying the signs that’s the harder part.
People are sincere most times, but they're weak. Weakness occurs when your desire doesn't match your capacity. You want something good, but you're wired in such a way that your internal consciousness resists and repels what you want. You could be close, and yet so far.
What you want is not far from you. So why does it take so long to get it? - good job, opportunities, loving & supportive relationships, material and spiritual fulfilment, etc. These are not far. Your beliefs, values, mindset and habits all need adjusting to accommodate them.
