Trump retweeting someone with a QAnon avatar is going to be a big deal in the community, even if the tweet had nothing to do with Q. 
The Qanon community thinks that at some point, the media will be forced to directly ask Trump about Q, which will then force Trump to confirm or deny its existence.

Unsurprisingly, the major QAnon grifter, sorry, decoder accounts are thrilled about this, even if they can't quite say what it means.
As expected, QAnon has put up half a dozen drops referencing the Trump RT, though you'd think someone as clairvoyant as Q would have known it was going to happen.
