A new QAnon drop is a classic example of conspiracy theorist slight of hand. He insinuates that Obama's parents learned Russian for some nefarious purpose. In reality, they met in a basic Russian class. They had no "field of practice," as they were college students. 
The insinuation that nobody would ever learn Russian except for clandestine intelligence is, of course, wrong. There are many reasons a college student in the early 60's would learn Russian.
As for the string of letters at the end: gibberish meant to be taken for a code.

QAnon's other posts for today are especially ghoulish. One hysterically references "51 children burned alive" (the Italian bus burning in which nobody actually died) and said of economist Alan Krueger's suicide "start a list."
