1. On violent white supremacists: @NSAGov should add Nazis to list of international terrorist organizations under #FISA. IMO Nazi's clearly exhibit all the elements of international terrorism under "FISA" 50 U.S. Code § 1801 (c) that defines “International terrorism”

2. as "activities that—
(1) involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, or that would be a criminal violation:

3. (2) appear to be intended—
(A) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(B) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(C) to affect the conduct of a government by assassination or kidnapping; and

4. (3) occur totally outside the US or transcend national or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to coerce or intimidate, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum."

5. Number (3) is the only one even arguable.
For non-terrorist armed para-military units, US Code requires such group register their leaders, contributors, activities and weapons.

6. I don't believe 18 USC 2386 is enforced. @FBIWFO should just enforce it. Non-compliance carries five years and can provide @FBI enhanced investigative tools otherwise unavailable because purely domestic groups don't come under #FISA authorities, absent foreign involvement.
