@rcallimachi reports spokesman said al-Baghdadi is alive. Used honorific, “'May God preserve him,' that is employed when a person is still alive. In the final passage of his speech, the spokesman offers a tip from Mr. al-Baghdadi, suggesting he has spoken to him:
“A message of advice from the caliph of the believers regarding communication devices: Be careful, careful of communication devices — even if it slows down work from two days to seven days.”

1. After two careers, I returned to finish my University degree focusing on a possible diplomatic, intelligence or law enforcement career. I focused on 🇨🇳PRC politics during a time when scholarship involved estimating how many tens of millions of Chinese might starve next year.

1. IMO there are 3 or 4 major conspiracies that are part of Mueller mandate but yet to be handed down or unsealed. Everyone wanders blindly not knowing what Trump did & what Mueller will find. He will find Russian money in 2016 Trump & GOP campaigns & indict many RNC + attorneys.
2. Mueller has yet to describe how the Internet Research Assoc content was projected via micro-targeting. I suspect this will include indictments of Parscale and @facebook related parties. @twitter may dodge that bullet.
3. @BernieSanders' 2016 team had to know Kremlin was helping him and I expect Tad Devine is a Mueller target. He may have already been indicted. The missing documents in Manafort docket may support that conclusion.

@maddow asked a question about Trump and his apparent defrauding of @DeutscheBankAG when the bank knew his financials were fraudulent. I checked and the jury instruction does not require proving the bank was harmed. But it must be federally insured. Not clear DB subsidiary was.
I found this one from Maine but I think it is consistent with current case law. At the end you see the comment about not needing to prove a bank injury.

This #ISIS wife is saying "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is in #Baghouz but this is what she heard. Her husband and other men decided to stay behind.
Baghdadi ordered all women to leave but seems gave the freedom for men to decide for themselves if they stay.

Listening to this woman, #ISIS wife, I understand the strong faith she has in her cause, in Baghdadi, in the safety/ success (victory) of her husband left behind. She uses praising words when mentioning Baghdadi and expresses a conviction of her decision

This #ISIS woman is #Syrian from #Damascus. She may be very young (from her enthusiasm in delivering her conviction). But my point is: she will definitely raise her children on the path of #ISIS unless she changes her mind later (for some reasons).

Tonight, the 1st of my 2-part series on #ISIS’s resurgence in Iraq airs on @PBS @NewsHour Weekend. In cooperation w/ @theIFUND, I spent 3 weeks traveling across 3 provinces to investigate the extent to which ISIS has regrouped after its official defeat last year.
In August, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi released a new audio recording in which he pointed to #Iraq as the epicenter of #ISIS's resurgence. The facts on the ground suggest that this is not just an ambition the group aspires to in the future - it’s already a reality.
ISIS attacks in the rural areas around Tuz Khurmatu, Kirkuk and Hawija aren’t an exception - they’ve become an almost daily occurrence for the civilians who live there. What’s more - #Iraq’s security forces appear ill-equipped to face #ISIS in its insurgent form.

Not going to translate Abu Bakr alBaghdadi #ISIS group leader because it is not worth it.

He tried to show how good he is in pronouncing the Quran Aya and how good he is in memorising the Quran and the Hadith.

In a few words: he is a loser trying to say he is in good health.
One thing worth mentioning: his voice is no longer pretentious as he was in 2014 and in September 2017.

He is just quoting many storied how in Islam defeat was also happened as a test to Mujahideen.

I hope this "test" continues until the end of ISIS.

- Bedouin acted as #ISIS guides

Some local #Druze militiamen were beheaded already:

One of the #ISIS militants was captured alive & lynched in public, with an SSNP (essentially National Socialists/Nazis) flag tied to his corpse.
