@TheEconomist @benshapiro Ben often calls for civility and honesty in political discourse. Does he find this to be frustrating considering his entire persona and website are based on "owning the libs" and selling "leftist tears" tumblers?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro Ben once wrote an entire book about how to defeat a leftist in debate, and his example of a leftist throughout this book is Piers Morgan. My question is, does Ben think people should take him seriously when he discusses politics?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro When discussing automation with Tucker Carlson, Ben said that people who lose jobs in rural areas should just move to California and get a fracking job. Callousness aside, was this bizarre suggestion made because his website is funded by fracking billionaires the Wilks Brothers?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro How can someone with the catchphrase "Facts Don't Care About Your Feelings" be taken seriously when by their own admission many of their opinions come from their traditional religious upbringing?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro Ben has a history of saying blatant lies about climate change, laughable things like that scientists changed the term "global warming" to "climate change". Following this thread's theme, why should anybody take Ben seriously?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro After years of defending and speaking at the events of racist Congressman Steve King, Ben finally said he, "always thought Steve King was a bit of a dunderhead." A) Sure, Ben. B) Has this revelation caused Ben to examine his own possibly racist beliefs?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro Ben famously went to bat for George Zimmerman, claiming that he wasn't racist. Considering every inarguably racist thing Zimmerman has said and done since killing Trayvon Martin, has Ben changed his opinion on this?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro Ben claims there's no evidence that his former boss Steve Bannon is anti-Semitic. Is he aware of court documents describing Bannon not wanting his kids to go to a Jewish school because he didn't want them around "whiny Jewish girls"?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro Ben plans on voting for Donald Trump because he believes the damage to the social fabric "has already been done". Is Ben aware that it's only been two years, or how time works, or that he's advocating for six more years of it? Does he think those six years will be good or better?
@TheEconomist @benshapiro That's a lot of questions! If there's limited time, I'd say you should go with this one:
