Not being on Mueller duty today, I finally got around to reading Barr’s four page summary.

I see others like @AriMelber have made this point: There is not a single complete sentence from the Mueller report in it, only partial quotes.
Take the quote the made all the headlines.

[T]he brackets that it starts with indicates it starts somewhere in the middle, and I wonder if or how the beginning qualified that sentence.
Here’s the other big finding that starts mid-sentence.
Without commenting on the summary itself or indulge in any speculation, I just want to note as a general principle in the journalism:

If I turned in a story comprised entirely of partial quotes, my editor would have questions.
So to be absolutely clear: The public still has not read a single complete sentence of the Mueller report.
