Judicial review claimants have to act "promptly".

Arguable here that promptness required a claim last week, when all relevant information was available.
Nothing (legally) has changed in the interim.

Entertaining a judicial review claim now would cause great uncertainty and (potentially) administrative chaos.

If one were initiated I expect the government would take issue with the timeliness of the claim.
PS Incidentally, both @ProfMarkElliott and @SuellaBraverman are @QueensCam alumni, which must make this online dispute a first of some kind!
