Stop making me wish I had the time/emotional reservoir to have a nemesis.
My nemesis is my to-do list.
Somewhat relatedly, i sometimes wonder what people who do not yet have kids/have made the solid decision not to have kids think the bare minimum average daily time requirement of dealing with kids—say in the 8-12 yo range—is? Like I'd actually be curious.
The economics and generational dispersion of internetjournalism™ mean that bulk of hooky pieces are written by and for generational/other cohort. (Taylor is extremely good at this/in general btw.) What gets traction #onhere is resultingly skewed. Not new/worth remembering.
