1. Refining analysis. DC Chief Judge Beryl Howell says that the grand jury that was subject of the 18-gj-41 sealed docket on the secret company is pending. But reports were that was a Mueller grand jury. So why did he file a report if he still had an operating grand jury?
2. There are many signs of something coming in mid April. Last week @FBIWFO was reported to be giving the Gang of Eight a briefing on the counter intelligence investigation. But the Mueller order included CI investigation too. So if Mueller done, why wait to brief the Congress?
3. Trump appears to either have a 4th Floor justice source leaking or what's left of his common sense makes him fearful that Barr obviously stonewalling means Trump's got a problem. So today my earlier conclusion #MuellersReport includes serious Trump wrongdoing remains solid.
4. SDNY USA Bernan continues to appear on the caption in the Natalie Edwards case though IMO it relates to Trump-Russia regarding which Berman had recused. That case again delayed the status conference that's now adjourned until May 2.
5. I will watch the demeanor of House judiciary committee tomorrow. There's a big secret inside the beltway and some folks may not have very good poker faces. I concluded in May 2016 that Russia financed Trump and GOP in 2016. I see nothing to challenge that conclusions. 😎
6. Correction. The hearing is Wednesday. And that's not tomorrow. Unless you're in Japan.
