WHAT IS MOAT

I will not take your important time to make you understand what's MOAT.

Just read a short story

Suppose I have a juice shop which runs during summer.

AROUND my shop there are many other juice shop because it's low capital intensive and anyone can set up.
2: I sell 20/glass while my competitors selling @18/glass

Now you ask why am I selling 20 per glass while my competitor @18 per glass.
Why people are paying additional 2 per glass
3:The reason is during summer the sun is too hot
And there is a large tree where my juice shop situated and the tree ownership belongs to me because it's before my house.

This tree is too big and provides natural air and shade to people who come to drink juice during summer.
4:While my competitor shop on the roadside where Neither any tree nor anything which can resist sunlight and give shade.

Thats why they are charging 18 per glass while I am charging 20/glass.

Thats why they are operating at less margins while I am operating at high margin.
5:The big tree is my MOAT and giving me an edge over my competitor and sustainable for long term.

1:Once in 2018 i was optimistic about parag milk but the decisions and action taken by management made me rethink about its future.

Parag milk listed in 2015 since then it didn't provide capital appreciation to investors, dividend also very less
2: EXCEPT this CEO is very promotional always willing to remain in limelight.
EACH month they organise investors conference, but did it benefit, till now nothing.
Poor decision taken by management by hiring so many big names from different companies just to show off.
3:So what investors got, Nothing
But the management keeps raising money from different sources equity, and pledge which is increasing each year from 15 % to 21%, Growth funded by this way unsustainable for long
Equity dilution, ESOP, some of bad decisions taken by management.

DISCIPLINED APPROACH OF INVESTING

1: Whenever we think of investing, the first thought comes about MULTIBAGGER stock.
Everyone keep dreaming about it, but how many are successful, even still i am waiting for my Multibagger stock.
2: Now you will ask why am I saying so
The reason is i am following disciplined approach of investing, which I have shared many times over social media.

STOCK market is always irrational, its movement depends on many factors macro and micro.
3: But still without caring of market you can earn good return provided you follow a focused and disciplined approach of investing.

Your target can come early if market is in good shape, but take more time if there is too much pessimism

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
