Using the phrase "white Jews" is low velocity incitement.

It creates a new category of people and justifies bigotry. When Sarsour calls out "white Jews', and at the same time praises the "good Jews" (who join her in this division) she's green flagging Antisemitism while claiming she's not an antisemite.

IDGAF what Sarsour thinks, but we cant allow this creation of "good Jew" vs "bad Jew" and that is exactly what this is.
She says
-white Jews are racist/anti Muslim
-Zionists are racist/colonizers
Ergo, they are fine to target & its not antisemitism
But thats exactly what it is

I say low velocity, because it's a gradual change of consciousness. Create a new category of Jew
Blame that category for upholding racism & white supremacy (ie the enemy)
Cause rift among Jews.
Force Jews to choose allegances
All Jews who refuse to self flagellate are the enemy

There's a line in the Passover Hagaddah, the book we read at the meal (seder) & it says "In every generation, they arise to kill us" Despite living in Israel under terror, I never felt this as personally as I will this year. Watching antiSemitism become mainstream, right & left

has simply brought those feelings home to roost. Its horribly sad, but its absolutely true. We have been the world's scapegoat since forever & despite wishing differently, the world hasn't become more enlightened. We podcasted about this. Should be out tomorrow, I'll post here.

And FTR , Trump's use of "your Prime Minister" to US Jews isn't okay. It feeds the trope that Jews put Israel above the country in which they live, classic dual loyalty idea. Jews care about Israel for good reason (it's our homeland) but it does not change allegiance
