PMB (Apr 9): “Before TSA everybody was doing their own thing, operating multiple bank accounts. Now All Govt revenue must go there, and when it comes out you can trace it. It’s a very unpopular decision but I feel relieved that people have to account for whatever they manage.”

PMB: Nigeria’s problem is not a lack of rules and regulations. It’s about actual behavior. A lot of people will commit to memory all the paperwork, and then proceed to do what they want.
