THREAD: Today @mfol_california and others will be speaking in support of the California Act to Save Lives or AB 392 addressing police brutality.
This bill deters peace officers from using deadly force and if they do, they are required to provide evidence that it was necessary. According to Mapping Police Violence and the Washington Post, there were only 22 days in all of last year where police didn’t kill someone.
