Some trusted "institutionalist" Barr wouldn't undermine rule of law…spew conspiracy theories or enable authoritarianism. Russia exploited that same failure of imagination to help put Trump in power. GOP is his corrupt ruling party. We need to stop wishing & hoping & face reality
