We've obtained hundreds of resumes of Trump administration appointees from across the administration. Unqualified officials who list their Trump campaign experience or loyalty to the administration are not uncommon: americanoversight.org/investigation/…
The resumes also reveal a bias in favor of charter schools. One appointee, who'd most recently worked on policy for the Trump campaign, helped Trump craft a $20 million campaign plan to expand access to charter schools and private school vouchers: documentcloud.org/documents/3983… 
Another appointee said that he helped lead to the “passage of the nation’s 3rd best charter school law in 2011” and that he worked with the Indianapolis mayor’s office to “increase the number of Indiana charter schools by 47% in a 5 year period.” documentcloud.org/documents/3983…
