John Minford, #SunTzu 5: 3 "With a combination of indirect and direct, an army can hold off the enemy undefeated."

The Democrats, and their Republican allies, grew so used to defeating us, sucking the life blood out of America at every step, that they forgot to be indirect about it. What they didn't plan on, was @realDonaldTrump. They were right about us. We let them get away with it.

And we'd never have figured it out on our own, either. So, they were right. They could and did get away with it and didn't even have to be indirect about it. Globalism was good. The jobs were never coming back. America couldn't afford American wages.

But then came The Donald. They didn't predict him. They never understood him, still don't, never will. Let's be clear. It's extremely simple. He saved us. Call me a fan boy, I'm okay with that. I am his fan. I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life. He saved America.

How, Pasquale, how did he do it, you wisely ask? And the answer is...you already know, don't you?...through the indirect and the direct. Allow me just one example from 2016. Which primary did Trump sit out? I can't remember. But, when he did, every pundit said that was it. Done.

Okay, here's another indirection. Not only does he attack W Bush, he attacks our 2008 boy, McCain, and attacks him as no one else ever did. Oh yeah, he's done now for sure. What no one can do, Trump can, and it's all indirection. But then, who's in your face more directly?

Oh, oh, forget the campaign, how about afterwards? We're dropping out of NATO, almost for sure! Why? No one pays their fair share. We cover everything, and they're very rich nations. Next thing, new billions are flowing in, and of course we're not leaving NATO. Indirection.

I could go again with NAFTA, Chinese trade wars (which are merely negotiations, thank you), etc. But let's go back that up in your face 100% directness of his. If you come into his sights, he will take you down, and now. Directly. Let's go there. Jeff Sessions.

Everybody kept telling me, Trump is lying about Sessions. He loves him. Sessions is just playing a 16D chess move with Trump. Nah, I said. Trump does not lie to us. We are his friends. When he says he'd never have hired him had he known, he's not lying. That was 100% direct.

Cue up Mueller. Same song and dance. He was never a good guy. Trump never lied about him. Trump always directly said it was a witch hunt. It was. Mueller is no good guy, by any measure, period. Trump is still saying, it was an illegal investigation, should never have happened.

Trump has always been simply 100% direct about Mueller. I never understand why so many believe he'd lie to us, when we are his friends, he is our leader, and without our trust, he's bust. He's got nothing but us. He will never betray our trust. It would be suicide.

Let's go back to Master Sun. What he's led us by the hand, now, to understand is this. Indirect is how we defend, how we evade the enemy's attack. Direct is we how we attack, once the call to attack has been signaled. We also stalk our prey indirectly, of course.

Indirect is how we lie to our enemies. We make them think we're strong where we're weak, and we make them think we're weak where we are strong. We tempt them with lust for violence and victory, when they are walking into sure defeat. That's all indirect.

But when the fighting starts, we strike to kill, and we do it over and over until the battle is complete. Strike, kill, strike, kill. This is all completely direct. High right downward is mighty. Thrust right to the throat is even better. Strike, kill. Do not shrink away.

Let's look at another form of direction, directness. In your own world, are you a big shot, middling, or a little bloke? Again, no time to be shy, just be real. Okay, if you're only a little bloke, find some other little bloke who is bad, doing bad things, bad little things.

Find this vile twerp and defeat him. Stop the little badness. Same if you're a middling type, find middle bad, not too big, not too small, and defeat it. And if you're a big shot, you know who to hunt. Go do so. Be indirect in defense and stalking. Be direct in the take down.

Your enemies will never see it coming. They'll never know what hit them. Bad guys of any size are so used to be unopposed that they've lost - like most bullies do - all sense of the real fight. They growl and everyone howls in fear. Then, they laugh on the way to the bank.

I’m not exaggerating when I tell you, I’ve given them dirty looks and seen them fold like beach chairs. Their egos are so thin, a soap bubble is stronger. Think Jeb! How did it look when he folded up, ego burst, and limping back home to never be seen or heard from again?

Be like Trump. I try to do so every day. Don't be shy. Let him be your hero. That doesn't mean you worship him, or can never disagree. But it does mean that your respect should indicate learning, study, and improvement as you come to understand his powers.
