It strikes me that now is a good time to become a regular reader of the @TheJusticeDept's excellent press release page. Today's announcements included one that jumped out at me: they're making a big deal out of enforcing tax return preparation fraud: justice.gov/opa/pr/justice…
It's wonderful and welcome news about this nation's LAWS being ENFORCED. ⚖️

And it reminded this regular @CharlesOrtel listener about all the times he's mentioned the giant bucket full of WRONG that are the Clintons' tax returns, prepared by BKD: dailycaller.com/2016/06/27/exc…
... I wonder if anyone at @Justice or @IRStaxpros has taken a look at those yet. Has anyone spoken with Charles Rettig lately? The IRS is definitely carrying plenty of Teddy Roosevelt's big sticks.

One of the things I love about Google Launchpad and Everwise mentorships is the learning. While you may have your principles and knowledge to share, the real treasure is in hearing new stories and seeing new experiences from all around the world and how they relate to each other.
I didn't expect to learn that batteries are the most critical part of any EV or renewable energy effort from a motorcycle company but I did. What I learned about the QA issues of batteries for a south American company was now useful to a Canadian company operating in Africa.
I didn't expect to learn a lesson about churn and growth from a South East Asian services startup that is now applicable to all starups I have met globally who serve other startups. Startups die and their death is also churn. All of these lessons I learned together with founders.

WHEN: Write a press release anytime you have some Notable News, like: announcing your project, release date, storepage, launching your game, but also website, devlog, key feature. If the news feels big enough for you, then write a press release.

1) There’s a lot of BS about @nntaleb’s Black Swan, antifragility & skin in da game. Let’s take the gloves off and get into trouble.
2) When the Swan flew out, it was immediately butchered by imbeciles not understanding that you can’t predict the unpredictable.

That is the point – and an IQ filter NNT himself proly did not expect.
3) In any complex domain – life! – the Blackest Swan is always skulking around the corner. You know it’s coming, but you don’t know what where when. You can't tame what you've never even conceived of.
